Create and Select an Organization

  1. Select the Organization tab

  2. Select the Add New button

  3. The system displays a blank record

  4. Enter the Name of the Organization as it appears on official PGT documents

  5. Enter the Number of the Organization as it appears on official PGT documents

  6. Click on the Save link

  7. The table is re-drawn sorting the Names of the Organization alphabetically

  8. Click the Next link at the bottom of the table to advance through the records

  9. Click on the push pin button to select the Organization

 

NOTE: The Organization record is highlighted in blue and the name of the Selected Organization is displayed at the top of the page
